Mark Dempsey

For the past 2 years I have been working on websites for Think Print & Design, starting out part time and moving to full time employment. I was part of a 2 man team that was in charge of speaking to clients and helping design and create a website as well as tailor these to a clients specific needs.

While working in Think Print & Design I was part of a 2 man team in the web design department, and was tasked with maintenance on 140+ Websites. As well as troubleshooting issue as they arose and updating plugins.

I have previously worked as technical support agent in Infosys for over the phone tech support. This was to help customers with technical support for mobile devices.

From working with Infosys I was also tasked with speaking to clients and dealing with customer complaints as they arose. I have a number of years working over the phone in this capacity along side the tech support services
